Parking is free for all guests! Take a right at the Y, then make a right at the Magnolia Barn. Tailgating is not permitted.

Tickets are required for all guests 3 years of age and older unless otherwise stated.  Tickets are non-refundable.

Please bring your own folding chairs & blankets for all outdoor concerts. 

No outside food or beverages, reusable water bottles, coolers, or pop-up tents are allowed. 

No firearms or weapons of any sort are permitted.

No re-entry upon exiting.

Food Trucks and Vendors are subject to change.

We have two sets of bathrooms, inside The Magnolia Barn and alongside the outdoor Great Oak Pavilion.

Dogs are allowed, must be on a leash and cleaned up after.

We accept cash + card.

Many of our staff members are volunteers and may be working with for the first time; please be kind and patient with them. 

Our venue and restrooms are accessible. General Seating for concerts is on the lawn.

Alcohol can be served to guests 21+ with proper ID by The Art Society at Loblolly Acres, our nonprofit, to bring more events to you!

WE ARE A RAIN OR SHINE OUTDOOR EVENT VENUE, WE WILL ONLY CANCEL AN EVENT FOR EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS. We keep an eye on the weather for the safety of our patrons and performers. 

This is our home and we ask that you respect it and all of our guests. Violations of our rules or disorderly conduct and you will be asked to leave the property.

The funds collected from our hosted events will be directed to our Nonprofit organization, The Art Society at Loblolly. Our mission is to enrich Central Delaware with more art, nature, and a sense of community. We believe that art and nature are integral parts of any community, and by fostering these, we can enhance the quality of life for all residents.
